Data appears only on refresh selected data

Hi Experts,

I have a problem with one of the input schedules.Whenever I save data to a particular account, the data gets written to the database but disappears from my template. If I want the values to appear, I need to select the data part and do a 'Refresh Selected Data' time and again.But the values again disappear as soon as I click only 'Refresh'.

Please help.

I am on BPC 10.0 version Version: 10.0 SP14 Patch 2 .NET 3.5 Build: 8400.

Hi Varsha,

Is it a standard EPM report based input schedule or some old style EVDRE? For EVDRE I know when it can happen, but for EPM report ....

Hi Vadim,

Its an EPM report.I tried creating different reports but the issue persists.Im not sure if I am missing something here, maybe some setting or ticks that I did not use?

Looks very strange! What happens if create a new, simple input schedule with one EPM report? I need some more info...

Hi Raju,

I am not sure if this is the case with every machine.Everyone does not have access to BPC so Im not sure if I can check in every system.

Hi,

Check your user options.  Freeze data refresh might checked. Uncheck this option and try again.
