ERROR IN DB13 TO ADD SCHEDULE JOB

DEAR ALL,

Yesterday only i imported client copy successfully in SANDBOX. i try to schedule (Check and Update Optimizer Statistics) is not at all add. it show the below error it possible to solve the issue.
