    Hi Ganesh,

For such restriction you can use forward flag attribute in org structure.

Exclude the forward flag in the user attributes in org structure, who is not willing to receive email notification.

This will enable the work item to be forwarded to the user, without triggering email notifications.

    Regards,

    Abhishek

    Hi Ganesha,

Can you please try use this BaDI BBP_ALERTING to meet your requirement.. With its interface method IF_EX_BBP_ALERTING_BADI ~BBP_EVENTS_DET_RECIPIENTS you can add additional recipients or change the recipients for a certain event.

    Regards,

    RBEI/Naga.

    Hi Ganesha,

You can do it by removing or placing junk e-mail ID in his/her SU01 profile. In that case the generated e-mails will not reach to the user.
