Crystal Report using WSDL Datasource in Launchpad/CMC

We have a Crystal Report that uses an external WSDL as datasource.  This report runs fine on developer PC and on BOE server - using the CR Designer tool, but fails when the report is exported to the BOE CMS environment. 

We see the following error when running this report from Launchpad or CMC

Unable to connect: incorrect log on parameters.

I have verified the user and password are correct under the CMC --> Database Configuration

We're running Business Objects 4.0 SP07

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Jerad,

The above logs do suggest that the credentials required to connect the data source are incorrect.

Refer KBA 1452194 and 1847437 which might help.

I hope you have already checked whetehr the same issue is observed from administrator account.(Not power administrators or users in same group). If not please try the same.

If we have the same problem to occur, perform an E2E trace and see where the problem is occurring during the export.

Yes - Same behavior with Administrator user.

Did an E2E trace - zipped copy of glf file is attached.

There is lots of output, can you assist with finding the root cause or error in this log file?
