I have installed Crystal Reports 2011 on a Windows 7 64 bit running Outlook 2010 64 bit Service Pack 1. In Crystal Reports 2011, when I try to export to a csv file, I receive the following message “The selected dlls will be installed before the export proceeds.” I keep clicking Ok. It never installed the needed dlls. I have rebooted. Also, I need dlls installed for xml, record definition, ODBC, Record Style. I also have Microsoft Visual Studio 2010. How do I get the dlls to install? Thanks

I would do an update install for Crystal - in the place where you select which export options to install, make sure that those options are actually installed instead of set to "Install on First Use", which I believe is the default.
