Generic extractor/datasource not pulling in records

We have created a generic extractor on a table EBAN. No coding. Simple extractor on the table. Hid some fields and replicated it into BW. RSA3 extraction works fine and pulls records. Delta mechanism has been selected as Calendar day on "Changed Date".

We are loading data into the PSA for the first time. We created an infopackage with Init with data transfer and ran it. No records are coming into BW. It's been running for over 20 mins and still 0 records. Can someone please advise if we have missed anything and how to rectify this?

Hi,

check for authorization for your user id.

just try to run full load only. whether it pulls data or not. if it won;t pulls mean required authorizations(S_BI-WHM_RFC ) roles may be required to do the extraction.

Please check your info package ecc job log details.

Thanks Raman. It's weird but after I cancelled the run, cleared the init and re-ran the same infopackage, it's pulling in records.
