Can't Print from Crystal, launchpad and a PDF

We are trying to print a crystal report from Crystal, launchpad and even a PDF and it comes out very very small and you can't change it.  We tried this note 1752610 and it was of no value.  Our users have to be able to print.  We have been finding so many issues with Crystal.

That article has nothing to do with this, that fix is to stop CR from reducing the font by .5.

What version of Crystal and BOE are you using?

What Browser are you using?

IE should work, Firefox and Chrome may not because they have their own PDF viewer built into them now.

In Firefox go into Options and change it to use Adobe Reader.

Are you using one of those third party PDF Print drivers like PDF995 or BlackIce PDF printer?

Can you set the viewer output to print PDF and not ActiveX?

hello L MM,

crystal depends heavily on the printer driver that you are using. i would recommend that you install the latest printer driver on a test machine and try printing using that driver.
