User unable to save the data in the input field -- web Ui

Hi Experts

I have customized the standard existing field thru AET.

Some times  "H R Officer" field is behaving in the 3 ways

1. Some times Input field  "H R Officer"   is  "uneditable"

2. Some times  it is saving properly when  entered Y or N

3. Some times  entered data ( Y or N ) is getting dissappeared  after clicking on Save button.

Debug your attribute GET_I and GET_V method when saving and entering values.
