Cost centre Distribute no of working hours

Hi Friends,

I have one scenario in the time management, I need inputs from your side.

Example - Mr. X working in the HO Office and his shift timing is 8AM to 4PM, but some urgent work form site, so he has to go to site and work for the 2 hours and finished off.

Now FI team wants that employee actually cost center is HO office but due to urgency he went to site and done the work, so for that particular 2 hours his cost should be consider in the Site cost center.

Notes --  1. transfer action not possible because employee went for 2 hours,

               2. substitution shift is not possible because employee has his own shift time and his shift timing he is going to work for the site.

How can I fulfill this requirement, can anybody give me inputs on it.

if possible in standard way how can i do it.

You can assign specific hours to a different cost centre. See the image attached, which is a screenshot of IT 2002, c lick on cost allocation. try it and see what happens
