Good morning,
I received a new laptop at work, and I was trying to install CRXI on it. When I entered the Product Code, I received this message:
"The Product key code CT80U-VM0K026-xxxxxxx-xxxx is not valid or has expired."
I found an old forum from 2008 that explained how to request a "permanent" code. Is this something I can still do? My next step is to upgrade, but the software I use in conjunction with CR may not support CR2013. If I cannot resolve the code issue, would I be able to purchase CR2011? I was assured that version should work.
Thank you,
