Missing Recruitment Configuration


Dear Experts,

I have configured the basic steps in Recruitment module.

The steps are

Creating Number ranges(Internal),Media, Recruitment Instruments,Personnel Officer,Applicant Groups, Applicant Ranges,Unsolicited Applicant groups,Applicant Selection(Status), Status Reason, Applicant Class,etc

Created one advertisement for the vacant position

Then we run the Applicant Action(PB40) from "Initial Data Entry of Applicant" through "Prepare for Hiring".Also process the new applicant with the subsequent statuses from "In process" to "To be Hired".

After running the action "Prepare for Hiring",we run the T-Code PBA7 to transfer the applicant data to PA. Also, we run the T-Code PBA8 to complete the Applicant activities .But still the applicant data such as Action data ,organization assignment data ,previous employer data, Personal data ,Education and Qualification data from PB30 are not reflecting in the employee master PA30.

Instead ,the personnel number has been triggered automatically without any of that applicant data, in PA30.

Please tell us where have we gone wrong.
