Facing Scrambling Issue

Hello Experts,

I am trying to scrambling few table fields data, but there is some strange issue. The issue i am facing is only partial data getting scrambled. when i see data into table only some data got updated with new values and not all data into that particular filed.

Please let me know what could be the reason behind it.
