pf gross carry forward deduction method

in a standard sap system pf deduction carry forward method will be used ,but my client want to implement the grosscarry forward pf deduction method ,so please guide me how to do this ,please give me some inputs how to create the project and how to write a code it is very urgent requirement ,please help me ,thank u so much in advance .
