Business Function(LOG_SD_EACOMPLAINTS) issue

Dear All,

I have activated business function LOG_SD_EACOMPLAINTS. It is activated but I am not able to get the screen path: Sales and Distribution → Billing → Billing Documents → Complaints Processing in customizing. Please note that i have also activated the dependency Business function SD_01 activated. we are using SAP ECC 6.0 Ehp 6. Could any one suggest me why I am not able to get the screen path in IMG.
