Business Function(LOG_SD_EACOMPLAINTS) issue

Dear All,

I have activated business function LOG_SD_EACOMPLAINTS. It is activated but I am not able to get the screen path: Sales and Distribution → Billing → Billing Documents → Complaints Processing in customizing. Please note that i have also  activated the dependency Business function SD_01 activated. we are using SAP ECC 6.0 Ehp 6. Could any one suggest me why I am not able to get the screen path in IMG.

Not sure if the note is valid for your system, make sure to remember to check that before going ahead with it.

Thanks for your reply, and could you please provide me any links for functional upgrade(Business functions)  that are available for ECC 6.0 EhP 6. because we are doing functional upgrade at my client. it will be a great help for me.

If you search in OSS Service Marketplace under the tab 'Release & Upgrade Info", with the text LOG_SD_EACOMPLAINTS, you will find one PDF file.  Please go through that as I am not suppose to provide that here

Hello C Reddy,

First you can check in transaction SFW5 if the business function LOG_SD_EACOMPLAINTS was really activated. Once in transaction SFW5, expand the ENTERPRISE_BUSINESS_FUNCTIONS and check if the flag Planned Status is checked.

If the flag is not checked for Planned Status, then it's not activated, it means it is still switched off.

If that's the case, click on the flag to check the flag Planned Status for LOG_SD_EACOMPLAINTS and click the button on the top of the screen that says "Activate Changes".

I hope this will help you.

In addition to that, just for your information, the IMG structure of the complaints processing is visible in transaction SIMGH:

Complaints Processing

* Define Complaints Reasons

* Assign Condition Types

* Assign Condition ID

* Indicator - Pro Forma Billing Document

* Maintain Item Categories for Editing Credit Memo Items

However, these customizing activities are only possible after the business function LOG_SD_EACOMPLAINTS is activated.

Hello Pedro,

thanks for the reply, I have checked it. the planned status is checked. and it is clearly showing the Bulb symbol is in Yellow color, that means it is activated. still I am not able to get the screen path: Sales and Distribution → Billing → Billing Documents → Complaints Processing in customizing.  Any further help is appreciated.
