production on basis of stock transfer order

Hi,

scenario :-in plant 1000 sales order is received but  plant 1000 not able  to produce Material (configurable and strategy 25) so it create stock transfer order to plant 1100.

on the basis of stock transfer order plant 1100 does the production of material and delivery the goods to plant 1000.

problem:1 against the stock transfer order production can be done( configurable material with strategy 250

                2.How can we map this scenario.

In Plant 1000 Sales Order received from Customer. Plant 1000 not able to manufacture the material so it asks material from Plant 1100.

Plant 1100 with reference to the STO Order wants to run Production. Once Production is completed it will deliver to 1000.

How to execute Production with reference to Stock Transfer Purchase Order? Material is configurable with strategy 25.

Is this correct?
