GR for the Production order with account assignment

We have taken a GR for the production order whicjh was created for the WBS.  After the GR we checked the stock of the material but there was no quantity update with special stock indicator.

Quantity and value both were directly consumed on WBS . I can understand about value but there must be quantity update in stock with special stock indicaticator.

Is there any settings which controls this?

You are using account assignment category in Production order.

Its wont get update the stock quantity.

Its standard SAP behavior.

Account assignment category is used for direct consumption for material.

Dear Dev

Please check the thread its all related to account assignment in Purchasing  not in Production Order.

I have clearly said that - Production order for WBS and GR taken for this Production Order . Now this stock should appear with special stock indicator in stock report or consumed to WBS .

Is there any settings of this in Costing or Production . Is there any SAP Note related to this

Pleas echeck your WBS elements in CJ20n T-code Control data tab, Project stock here check options may be your WBS elements is maintained Non-valuated stock
