Not able to implement the reset Note

Experts,

While implementing a note # 1811896, found some inconsitneces in manual corrections, so have reset the note and corrected all the inconsitences. While trying to implement the note again, it is throwing the message 'Deltas cannot be merged" information and not able to process the note. Have checked all the prerequiestes notes and it have been already implemented  in the system. Have checked all the SCN thread, not able to solve it. Kindly help me to come out of the hectic issue.
