Next payment date in F110

How does discount (if paid before invoice due date) affect picking up the invoices into payment run

Ex: 20th Jan 2017 is invoice date, but as per vendor agreement if the invoice is paid 2 days prior to we can avail a 5% discount.

If my next payment date is 19th Jan 2017, will F110 program pick the invoice.
