Display Character "#" instead of new line after "Enter" in input box

Hello,

we use SAP NetWeaver portal 7.0 for filling requirement orders in SAP ERP 6.0 EHP3. There is no change on portal for 3 years but suddendly we have problem with display Character "#" instead of new line after "Enter" in input box. I type in input box same text ("line1"), press Enter and write next line ("line2") or next ("line3") in same input box. All is OK, but when i save it or go on same next field and press Enter, the text is changing to "line1#line2#line3". In SAP ERP is then wrong text too. With diferent user, difrent language, difrent Explorer (IE, Chrom] or difrent SAP ERP (develop, test, product) is situation same. In attachements is printscreen this situation.
