Silverlight message when user wants to approve through mobile phone

In SAP version 311 recently installed it was going to be available the approval/reject trip requests and expense reports on mobile phones using HTML5, but when our user has tried to do it in test environment, system has requested to install Silverlight application.

Please explain us how to proceed here? Should the user do something additional in his mobile to approve the requests? Because we don't think he

should install any Silverlight app in his mobile.

You are trying to Approval/Reject Trip Requests and Expense Reports on mobile phones but system has requested to install Silverlight application.

Reproducing the Issue

1. Open Cloud for Travel and Expense URL in Mobile Browser.
2. System requested to Install Silverlight Application.

Cause

Silverlight is not supported on the mobile device while accessing SAP Cloud for Travel and Expense application via URL.

Resolution

Please use respective Mobile Application (from Apple, Android , BlackBerry depending on device). Once you installed the device then you can use approval functionality.

Please note that with SAP Cloud for Travel and Expense Version 1311, Approval of travel documents (Trip Requests, Itineraries, and Expense reports) is possible with iPhone iOS5  and higher & BlackBerry OS5–OS7.

But Approvel of travel documents is not possible with Android 2.3 and higher with 1311.
