is it possible : SAP Smart Forms download in MS word file format

Dear Expert,

Business requirement is to get SAP Generated letter (SAP Smart Forms) in MS word file format Directly from SAP. currently it is coming in PDF file format, but due to minor changes it take lots of effort, hence requirement is to get SAP generated HR Letter in both file format- MS word format as well as in PDF format. can it possible, if yes then kindly explain the development step with detail.
