Considering plant stock for project requirement

Hi all

We are creating PRs by doing MRP run (MD-51) on wbs element. Now problem is that sometimes we procure raw material on plant which is not allocated to specific wbs. Now while doing MRP run system does not take into consideration plant stock quantity. I have transfer transfer plant stock to wbs element manually. Plz let know any config setting where while doing MRP run for wbs element, plant stock can be considered and can be issued to relevant project.

For material that is kept in plant stock you need to make the setting in the material master MRP 3 view for the Ind/Coll indicator to Collective.  The reservation from the project will be against the plant stock segment and you won't have to bother with tranferring material and you can trust the MRP run.
