Considering plant stock for project requirement

Hi all

We are creating PRs by doing MRP run (MD-51) on wbs element. Now problem is that sometimes we procure raw material on plant which is not allocated to specific wbs. Now while doing MRP run system does not take into consideration plant stock quantity. I have transfer transfer plant stock to wbs element manually. Plz let know any config setting where while doing MRP run for wbs element, plant stock can be considered and can be issued to relevant project.
