Batch where used material issued to a production order

Hi All,

Is it possible to enter a material number (raw material) and find out which production order/s it was issued against.

i.e. a faulty material has been used and needs to be recalled.

Hi Brett,

Do you want to trace the Production Order in which a material of a particular batch was issued?. If yes then you can enter the batch in MB51 report and find out the material document with issue movement type. From there, you will find the order reference.

If you want to find a particular material used in a Production Order then you can use table AFKO. In that you will find the material number reference.

There is a transaction specific for that: MB56

This is the batch where-used list and, if you choose the bottom-up analysis, you will find for which order your material was issued.
