SLOW CRM

We are using Interaction center (CRM 7.0) . Recently our agents started complaining that system become extremely slow for random time and interval in last 10 days. During this time we noticed the dialog processes are occupied completely within 5 minute duration and they are freed up in the same frequency.

We are working with Basis team and so far not able to figure the root cause. I want to check if anyone in the community experienced this issue and provide pointers to find root cause and fix the issue.
