LO Error when opening Web Intelligence Document

Hi guys,

After update to SP07, the LiveOffice show me a message error:
An error occurred while opening the report. The report does not exist; you have insufficient rights to open the report; or you cannot make a connection to the BusinessObjects Web Service. (LO 02010)

I did the tests with administrator and the same message happens ....

This error happening for any web intelligence report ( olap source, universe, etc ) in production enviroment. For others enviroments (QAS and DEV) the LO works fine. BO Production works on Cluster server

BO Information:( all enviroments)

SO: Windows Server

BO Server: 4.0 SP07

Client LO: 4.0 SP07
