APO log for conversion of Dependent Demand to Planned Order

Hello Experts,

I have the following situation where I am using ECC 6 and APO:

I have a finished and semi-finish product that are managed in APO (MRP Type is X0) and the semi-finish has Special Procurement Type 51 (APO Collective Order).

So when a sales order is created for the finish product, a planned order is generated for the finish product and then a Dependent Demand is created for the semi-finish. However this DepDem is not instantly converted to Planned Order by APO heuristic, the conversion has happened after some hours.

Later on I created another sales order, this time planned orders have been created immediately for both finish and semi-finish product.

I would like to know what may have cause the lag in the first circumstance. What factors may have influence this? Is there any log to verify this?
