Hi Eddy ,
Sorry to say , We can directly communicate wit a printer from a web application .
The Following Fn will work .
DATA: W_STANDARD_TEXT(70) VALUE 'ZEHR_CLET_IMMG_SALARY_BSP',
W_LAYOUT_SET(16) VALUE 'ZHR_CERTIFY_LR_N'.
PRINTER SETTINGS ##########*
W_OPT-TDDEST = 'LOCL'. "default to local printer
W_OPT-TDIMMED = 'X'. "print immediately
W_OPT-TDDELETE = ' '. "delete after print
W_OPT-TDNEWID = ' '. "new spool request
W_OPT-TDPRINTER = 'X' .
This will trigger a print from BSP
REgds,
J
Hi,
That's indeed the case if you work with spools, but I'm speaking of a webapplication that needs to speak directly to the printer.
The ITCPO structure doesn't provide directly landscape as the original requirements is. So one needs to do it via sapscript (http://www.jmen-web.de/archive/sapscript.pdf).
Why should one first make a sapscript for a BW web report, if that's feasable anyway. But the latter is a discussion for another forum.

Hi all,
<b>thanks for your answers</b>
In the thread "Converting HTML to PDF" to have a look at.
the login problem is, that i don't know, if i need sso for complete login on my BSP.
I will inculde the login.htm from System BSP into my Application, but on the tests login is ok, i saw user log-on on Transaction al08, but the BSP Application is not running!
without the login.htm, the network log-on is function and my BSP Application is running.
Can you understand me and my problem
regards
marcel
Hi, check also this http://www.sap.com/mk/get?_EC=s7tH1UE-2EUgARwue4HaZU, which "discusses various strategies for implementing single-sign-on functionality (SSO) between SAP NetWeaver Portal and backend web applications."
