User-Defined Message Search / Indexing Problem?

Hi all

I'm having trouble getting my user-defined message search to work. This is on a Java only 7.31 system.

I can define the search just fine, testing works, it's active and indexed but as you can see: I don't get any search results:

Defined & Tested:

No search results (time period was indexed):

Search via message ID shows result (same message ID as used in test above, first screenshot):

Any ideas?

    Hi Philipp,

no, I have the same problem. I had already opened a thread here, but until now I couldn't resolve that problem.

I recommend you to open an OSS message, my guess is that it is some program error.

    Regards,

    Jörg
