error in brarchive ,return code 0003 error during initialization..

during taking whole database + redolog backup ecc 6.0 with EHP 4 on 11g database using db13,error is

comming in backup of archive log after completion of whole database backup,

error log are-BR0292E Execution of BRARCHIVE (action ID aemsgcbw) finished with return code 3...

db14 brarchive logs are

LogFile: aemsgcbw.sve

Return Code: 0003 Error during initialization

Database Host: SAPID1

please suggest me how to solve this problem..
