IDLI original amount need to show in payslip through PE51

Dear Sir,

I need to show CTC in my payslip. Upperside I have showed Earnings and deduction. Below that I need to show PF employer contribution with all the things like PF Employer Contribution, IDLI contribution, Administratie charges Etc.  But Admin charges wagetype /3f7. /3f8, /3f9 are

original amountX100000. So how to show original amount in payslip.

Eg. If Basic is 9000 then its showing

                                    EDLI will be 325000-

                                    Admin charges for PF will be 9900000-

                                    Admin charges for EDLI will be 6500-

But actual amounts are:

                                    EDLI-32.5

                                    admin PF-990

                                    Edli Admn-0.65 paisa.

Please help me on this.

Yes you can add in pe51 form under node 'Single Field' by clicking create & add table RT & field as anzhl & Identifier as 9901 or you can create separate window in 'window' by taking separate grouping for your new window.

Hi Anil,

Its very common problem and there is very simple solution. Since we all know that Payslip is full of cosmetics we can use another set of notional wagetype which will hold original value divided by factor 100,000

you can write a PCR in below fashion.

ZEDL

|

|_ /3F7

         |___ADDWT *

         |___AMT/KGENAU

         |___ADDWT 9901

Similarly for other wagetypes you can write similar wagetype then use 9901 to display on payslip instead of /3F7, /3F8 and /3F9.

Insert this PCR before SORT    RT in last schema.
