Customizing inconsistency: Termination of master data load

Hi All,

I have Inbound queue R3AI_ZDNL_COND_G601 stuck with stautus SYSFAIL and corresponding Bdoc type CND_M_SUP with error message Customizing inconsistency: Termination of master data load

I've checked ERP to CRM tables MNTCNT in ERP and /SAPCND/T681M in CRM both seems to be fine

Let me know what could be the possible way?

Hi Surjeet,

There is inconsistency between the contents of table MNTCNT in the R/3 System and table /SAPCND/T681M.

Carry out a new master data load, it means that you have to start a completely new load.

because It is possible that the data was not properly extracted.

Hi Surjeet,

If the status is the same same after the new initial load please check the application log for errors. Transaction SLG1.
