CATS time sheet portal is not getting refreshed

Hello.

We are facing an issue with the ESS time sheet portal. I log in as an employee and record/Submit my time sheet. When i log in as a manager, i see the same employee details in my page. How many i refresh the page, every time i see a different data from the prior log ins. We even restarted the portal. But still no use.

Is there anything which we have to do with roles? our portal is a standard itself.

check the settings as per note below 1717945 - Portal Logoff Does Not Logoff the Backend When Using HTTP Security Session Management KBA 1717945 applies here. Please ensure that you set the property 'ABAP Security Sessions Enabled' to 'Yes' in the portal system object referenced by these iViews, it should resolve the issue. did you close all browser screens after loggin out and before logging in again? Sometimes it's necessary. If yes, maybe you configured a JCO with a user/password that should be SSO...
