Access SUP from extenal networks

We are running SUP in local system , and my system is running with public IP.

SUP is connected with ECC(Public IP)

While specifying the server details in HWC application( my system) in my company network we are successful

But once trying to connect out of company,s network the connection is not being established?

Any suggestions on how to access SUP from other networks is highly appreciated?
