REMOVE UNWANTED PENDING ORDER FROM VA05N

hi

For closing unwanted pending order, i enter some values in order header order reason and rejection reason in item level and delivery block.Even though enter all these things same order will be showing as a pending order in VA05N. Pl help me..

Are you not selecting

Selection criteria : open orders in VA05N.

Am getting only fully open sales order and partially delivered orders.

Hi Manikandan,

There is only option for removing open sales order from va05n list with giving appropriate reason for rejection in item details tab. It is work. Please check ones again.

Hi,

if you have short close the order with Reason rejection the same order will be visible in VA05N but not visible in the VA05
