What difference is there in HF_SET_STATUS and SET_DOCUMENT_STATUS methods ?

Hi forum,

When creating an action profile meant to change the status a a certain number of service contracts, what difference is there in using HF_SET_STATUS or SET_DOCUMENT_STATUS methods ?

Hi Eli,

Sounds like SET_DOCUMENT_STATUS is for all kind of documents and HF_SET_STATUS is specific for ChaRM.

At lest is what I get from the note 1608118 - ChaRM scenario: Approve without CRM approval procedure.
