Not all error files placed on FTP are getting moved to error directory

Hi,

I am using Sender FTP Channel where I need to archive successful files and put the error files in error directory.

Now when I am getting FCC error in Sender Channel only, file is not getting moved to error directory, resulting in continous polling of same error file and continous Alerts.

When checked I found some files got successfully moved to error directory.

What could be the reason for the same and how can i correct it?

PFB my Channel Processing configuration for reference.

Anyone has any idea please reply.

Thanks

neha

I am using PI 7.31.

All the permissions are there...I am wondering if some specific error file only goes into this folder or wat.

Hi Neha

Please check the file permission of the error folder. Make sure that the folder is accessible and files can be placed there.

Hello,

One reason could be that file with same name is already present in error folder?

Tick "Add time stamp" option and then check?

Thanks

Add time stamp was there earlier and still it was not working so i removed it intentionally.

Hello,

>>When checked I found some files got successfully moved to error directory.

So according to u, earlier it was working fine and now suddenly files are not moving to error folder in case of FCC errors?

Ideally, it should not happen but u can try to delete that file from FTP server and then test ur config after creating one new erroneous record file?

BTW, which version of PI u r using?

Thanks
