Event Queue(SWEQADM) locked in client 000

Hi,

We have implemented event queue in one of the workflow and we are releasing 300 Number of events per read access in 1 minutes Time interval between two read accesses. Sometimes once in 4 to 5 months all the events generally stuck in event queue as a result all the workflow stuck in event queue. BASIS team always tell that this is a problem with the work flow and workflw locks in client 000 and they unlock to release the event.

My questions:- We are using client 201 and how the workflow lock in client 000. I check the log but did not find anything related to lock and unlock.I think our BASIS team misguiding us but i am not sure. Can anybody tell me if any lock related to workflow then it always in client 000 or the active client( In my case 201).

    Hi,

    You can always check SM12 for any locks.

    And check if this job isnt running multiple instances in your system (so all clients of your sysid).

    If this is all fine, also check OSS for related problems.

    I don't see the need any more to activate the event queue with current hardware.

    Try to stress test it on the acceptation client and if this works fine, you might want to deactivate the event queue on production.

    Hi,

    Also check at the time of EVENT Queue stuck, the load of the server. Or just for check, you can make the interval for 2 min
