Hi all,

I´m working on sap crm 4.0 system and I´ve installed Sapgui 640 with patch 13, and when i want to start the segment builder application i got the follwing error:

"MESSAGE_TYPE_X" C

"SAPLOLEA " or "LOLEAU02 "

"AC_SYSTEM_FLUSH"

I can´t start any web application too inside the CRM system...for example, when i test a Bsp application i´ve this message "is not configured on this Web Application Server"

Someone can help me?

Thanks in advance,

Hugo Reis.

Hello Hugo,

1. Segment Builder: Is the CRM Add On installed in the SAP GUI? For the Segment Builder a special controll is needed.

2. Start BSP Applications: Have you checked your settings in SE80 -> Utilities -> Settings ... -> Business Server Pages. Have you provided Protocol, Server, Port?

Hi Hugo,

We are getting the same error

- "MESSAGE_TYPE_X" C

"SAPLOLEA " or "LOLEAU02 "

"AC_SYSTEM_FLUSH"

when I start a CIC Winclient application (CIC0). we are on CRM 3.0. Could you please let me know what solved your problem ?

hi, Chandrika

Our problem will be solved with the instalation of an ad-on of Segment Builder by the system administrator guys..

in your case probably you should have a problem related with frontend -> try to install new existing patch's for your sap gui.

or

If CIC is like Segment Builder... you will have to instal a ad-on especific for CIC.

Hugo.

Hello Hugo,

make shure that a HTTP Service is active. This can be checked via Transaction smicm -> Goto -> Services. If there is no HTTP Service the Instance Profile Parameter:

icm/server_port_0 PROT=HTTP,PORT=8000,EXTBIND=1

and restart the Server. Then you can activate the Services via SICF.

Don't foget to award some points for usefull answers.

Regards

Gregor
