Hello,
How would I go about removing or purging cashed data from a crystal report Prompt in Launchpad so that the previous( Or current) prompt used does not get saved ?
So that when the report is re-opened the prompt is blank.
Would the "purge data" functionality work in this case?
The report does not prompt you to run, it just runs with a cashed value. I opened the report did a save as (made sure data not saved with report) and it still runs without prompting unless you refresh. How can I make the report prompt without running automatically with this cashed value?

hi Stephanie,
if you open up the report in the crystal reports designer, is the File > Save Data With Report option checked?
if this is not checked, then the end user will be prompted to enter new values into the parameters each time they view report from infoview or if there are no parameters the report will bring back current data.
