Home and Documents Tabs are missing from BI Launch Pad

Hi,

Home  and Documents Tab are missing from BI Launch Pad for one of our Business Users. It has happened suddenly. He was able to view till now. This is happening for only one user. All other Business Users and Admin User are fine. I can see those two tabs in my Launch Pad screen

Please suggest

May I know what is set in the Preferences -> General -> Set BI launch pad start page:

The Preferences tab is hidden for the User.

However, the issue got resolved now. It happened because of the upgrade on the Citrix Server. The concerned team worked to fix it. Once the server issue was fixed, this BO issue was also got fixed.
