Home and Documents Tabs are missing from BI Launch Pad

Hi,

Home and Documents Tab are missing from BI Launch Pad for one of our Business Users. It has happened suddenly. He was able to view till now. This is happening for only one user. All other Business Users and Admin User are fine. I can see those two tabs in my Launch Pad screen
