Save value from modified Form

Hi, I am using the Sap Business One Studio for develop a custom form based on Receipt from production form.

I load it using the tool in my SAP BO instance but when I save the data the value in my new field cannot be saved.

How can I to load my new form in my SAP BO Instance? without load it with the Sap Business One Studio.
