Authorization to Access the BPC WebPanel

Hello All,

I am trying to isolate what Authorization gives users the ability to access the BPC WebPanel, and specifically the "Planning and Consolidation Administration" area of the BPC WebPanel.

We currently have what I'll call a "BPC_All" role that was created prior to me joining the project and in order to give someone access to the WebPanel in the past, we have been giving users this "BPC_All" role. I would like to change this going forward but I need to know what exactly gives the access to the WebPanel and the "Planning and Consolidation Administration" section.

Can anyone tell me what Authorization physically gives access to this?
