Limit a Position

Hello all,

Can I limit a Position to make ...

when you assign a person to the position more than 50%

the system returns an error.

If I'm not mistaken, the system will give a warning if the employee is affected to the position with a % greater than that of the position's IT1011.

To generate an ERROR, you may require some ABAP programming.

I created the infotype 1011 for a one position at 33%

when I assign a person at 100% to this position,

The system does not return  warning or error

I do not understand what use this infotype

Hi,

You need to specify the relationship characteristics for 008 relationship. There are 3 types of checks that can be carried out:

1. 100% check

2. Work Schedule (IT 1011) check

3. Obsolete (IT 1014) check

Follow this IMG path to make the necessary adjustments:

SPRO>Personnel Management>Organizational Management>Basic Settings>Data Model Enhancement>Relationship Maintenance>Maintain Relationships

Select the row for 008 relationship and then open the 'relationship characteristics' folder from the left side menu.
