f.52 for calculating interest

hello experts

I want to calculate interest accrued for a loan received so I am using f.52 but after customizing it is calculating intetest not for the time passed but it is using amount of interest for remaining days of year not from day of receiving loan until day of executing f.52. please guide me where I have made mistake or otherwise what is reason behind calculating interest for days which yet to be come.

Can you please provide the customized details for the below mentioned

  1. What is your interest indicator and which Int. cal. Type(P/S/Z) you are using in T code OB46?
  2. What is interest calc. freq., calendar type you are using?  and check Balance plus int under output control tab option ticked or  not In T Code OBAA .
  3. Provide the details of Date from in T Code OBAC.
  4. Provide the details of time dependant terms like Eff. from, sequential number and term in T.code OB81.
  5. Provide the details for Term loan GL A/c under create/bank/interest tab(check int. indicator, key date of last int. cal., date of last int. run) in T code FS00.
  6. Provide the details of account determination settings like application area, acct. symbol and assigned G/L acct in T code. OBV2 .
  7. selecting options in while running T code F.52.

Dear Iraj,

Please kindly check Your G/L Account master data and in particular the TAB Create/bank/interest.

There You defined the interest indicator to be used,the frequency and the key of the last interest calculation: in this on the base of these settings, besides the Calculation period when You run the F.52, that the balance interests will be calculated.
