Hi,

I am using webi 4.1 for my report

and i have 20,000 records and with distinct i have 16,750 records only in db

while in BO report default it is showing  16,750 records(it is taking distinct count)

But my issue is i have to show whole (20,000) records in report ..

Can any one guide me to get this

Thanks & Regards,

Anitha

Hi Ankitha,

There are 2 options.

In the Query Properties check whether " Retrieve Duplicate Rows " option is enabled or not.

If you enable that , Duplicate records will also be displayed.

Or

If You have any measure Values in the report , Then Right click on the Table , go to format Table, in that you can see " Avoid Duplicate Row Aggregation " Enable that check box and cross verify your data

Thanks,

Hi Ankitha Kumari,

There are 2 Options

In the Query

                            Properties             Limits:

                                                                                  Max Rows Retrieved.

In Universe

                           Paramets               Controls :Query Limits

Limit size of result  set to

Just Check ones above options .
