New Format for Device Type

Hi,

I have been asked to create a new format for a printer to prevent page breaks in the output.  This is first time I've been asked to do this.

So I've created a new format which will output up to 60000 rows before a page break.

It shows in the list of formats available to the Device Type (HP4100), yet it's unavailable to use when printing.

All other formats have a green status for certain actions.  This one does not.

I'm sure I'm missing something here, anyone any ideas?>

Can you please provide the screenshot of your format screen for that device type. Also please check below link for editing formats:

Hello,

I have solved this problem.  Once I manually change the amount of rows required and selected the drop down for the format type, my new type was available to use.
