Data Not getting transferred in the Cube for 2LIS_03_BF

Hello Gurus,

I have installed the cube 0IC_C03 from standard business content. While executing the data load , the data is seen in PSA but does not get updated in Cube

The info package is on mode "In PSA and then at once in InfoCube"

Is there is any dump and what is the error mesg it is showing or the upload is runing?

When data got uploaded to PSA and not to data traget that means uploading is failing at Update rule level. Is there any routine written?

Hi,

Infact the problem is everything is green

No dumps anyhere

the message in monitor is

Transfer rules ( 432 -> 432 Records ) : No errors

Update rules ( 432 -> 0 Records ) : No errors

Update ( 0 new / 0 changed ) : No errors

Processing end : No errors

The 2LIS_03_BX is loading data in Cube

The probelm is with 2LIS_03_BF & 2LIS_03_UM

Just not able to understand, what has gone wrong

Hi Lalan.

It seems that you are deleting all your records in UpdateRules. Would you please check if you have a START ROUTINE in Update Roules with a rule "IF .... DELETE DATA_PACKAGE" ?

Hi,

First of all take a look on the note: 353042

And then read the threads mentioned in the prevoius posting.It will help you to under stand the problem correctly.

As mentioned in the threads, after selecting the "industory" you have to make sure that there is a tick mark for BW(field APPLK) in the table TBE11 of r/3

And then you have to fill the setup table and then start the transfering data to BW.

Basically in the update rules of 2LIS_03_BX,2LIS_03_BF & 2LIS_03_UM, on the basis of the value for fields 0PROCESSKEY and 0BWAPPLNM , the data will be updated to cube. IF there is no value for these fields the data will not be added to Cube. So you can make sure the values for these fileds in PSA .

Hi,

So if you are not getting data(to cube) for DS 2LIS_03_BX .MAke sure that there is a tick mark(AKTIV = 'X') for row APPLK = BW in table TBE11.If there is no tick mark, set the application indicator 'BW' to active using Transaction 'BF11'. And then fill the setup table and then only transfer the data to BW.

If you are not getting data(to cube) for DS 2LIS_03_BF, 2LIS_03_UM.MAke sure that there are the fields 0PROCESSKEY and 0BWAPPLNM in PSA. If there is no values for these fileds , select the 'industory' in R/3 . And then fill the setup table and then only transfer the data to BW.

Hello All

Thanks to all of you

I could solve the problem by the ways(Xn BF11) you suggested

Just to sum up what we did

Transaction BF11- Check mark for BW component

Transaction MCNB- Deleted all the Set-up Data

& Reloaded set-up table and transferred data to BW

I was struggling since morning for that.

I want to assign points to all of you, how do I do that

From the message it is clear that the problem is in update rules, check is there any restrictions in the update rule or any routine..
