Customer Equipment Card Printout

Hi Experts,

We are trying to use Customer Equipment Card in Service module to create item's certificates.

But before going further just wanted to understand if it possible to Print the Customer Equipment Card from SAP/ Crystal Reports?

Hi Kanu,

There isn't a default layout within SAP B1 for the Customer Equipment Card, however you can design one in Crystal Reports, the main Tables to use are:

OINS

OSCL

RITL

Hi,

There is no default layout for print customer equipment card. You need customized query to print above card.
