How to go for last page of report in webi 4.0

Hi ,

I am using Webi 4.0 for my report ,

and in report having 20,000 records in all pages

How to go for last page of report?

Hi Ankita,

Do you want to get the number of pages in a report or you want to move or go to last page of the report.

If you want total number of pages in a report, there is a function which you can use in report variable(numberofpages()).

If you are trying to browse to the last page of your report you can see in the bottom of your report mentioned as Page 1 of 1 or Page 2 of 10, there is a next button and end button which can take you to last page of the report tab.

Actually my query is how to navigate to the last page or like specific page ..

we have like 4 arrows to select pages , but here we have to select one by one page

instead of that i have select specific page ..

Hi Ankita,

You can directly go to last page.

There are four arrows  two of them are to browse one by one and two are to go at the beginning or end directly(the extreme one's).

You can also click on the text Page 1 of 1 and type the number and enter. This will take you to the page you want to go.

Hi Ankitha,

At the bottom of the report you can see as in the below screen shot

When you click Last Arrow to the Right , it will navigate to the Last page of the Report , Firt Arrow in the Left will take you to the First page of the report, other 2 arrows are used for navigating page by Page.

If you want to navigate directly from page 1 to page 10, Then  Click on the Page 1 of 1+ tab ,Please check on the below screen shot

This is prompt you to enter the page Number as below,

Enter the Page Number and click enter, this will take you to the Page you have entered directly.

Go to view >> and check the Option >> Status bar ,

Hi Ankitha,

On your bottom of the report , you should be able to see this page number visibility.

Try this once.Hope it should work for you.
