How to integrate Appraisals with CM?

Hi All,

I want to integrate Appraisals with Compensation Management and not ECM. How do I do this?

I see posts suggesting to use FM RHPA_APP_PROCESS_FINAL_COMPENS in the Processing tab on the Appraisal catalog but i dont understand where to put it in? Also what does this FM do?

Hi Venkat,

We havent yet implemented CM and are trying to assess if the value of final rating should be made available upon completion of appraisal is some table or

CM should pick the values from appraisal docs using Functional modules available.

V_T71D5R_A is it available in SPRO. May I know the significance of this table?
